In 2020 Kimbriki partnered with local company Greenwall to trial Polystyrene recycling.
Since then, Greenwall have been taking an agreed amount of polystyrene waste and incorporating it as growth media into the production of vertical greenwalls and greenroofs.
However, due to operational changes, Greenwall are currently unable to take the agreed trial amounts from Kimbriki.
As a result, we have decided to suspend the trial until Greenwall are once again able to take the Polystyrene materials for recycling.
Please note: Until the trial resumes, all polystyrene materials dropped at Kimbriki will be charged as mixed waste and will be sent to Landfill. kimbriki.com.au/prices/#mixed-waste
