Bikes4Life moved to Kimbriki in 2019, and in November 2025 we proudly gifted our 5,000th bike to people in need. This milestone is thanks to our incredible volunteers, Kimbriki for providing such excellent facilities and the many generous community members who donated their unwanted bikes.

In 2025, we funded a 40-foot container carrying more than 400 bikes to a girls’ school in northern Uganda. These bikes are far more than a way to get to class, they help keep the girls safe on their journeys and provide their families with essential transport on evenings and weekends.

We also donated more than 100 bikes to refugees settling in Sydney. These bikes not only help people travel to work and get around but also support them in exploring and adjusting to life in a new country.

In early 2026, we hope to send a 20-foot container of bikes to the Cambodian Children’s Charity. Our local founders will help distribute these bikes to children in Cambodia during their visit in mid-2026.

Thank you to everyone who has donated a bike so far. Please continue to drop off any bike you no longer need, rest assured, we will find a meaningful use for it.

Wishing you a wonderful Christmas, and we look forward to seeing you in 2026.
