Kimbriki Environmental Enterprises Pty Ltd (KEE) operates the Kimbriki Resource Recovery Centre at Terrey Hills, serving residents, commercial customers and local government across the region. Governed by an independent Board, KEE generates annual revenue of approximately $45 million, processing over 250,000 tonnes of waste each year with more than 80% recovered and recycled.

As Chief Executive Officer, you will lead KEE in accordance with the Board’s strategic direction, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory instruments and driving a competitive, service-driven operation through best practice, continuous improvement and staff development. You will work closely with the Board and shareholders to determine strategic objectives, develop practical plans and performance measures, and ensure effective governance to protect KEE’s assets and support accurate, timely reporting. Maintaining strong and effective relationships with shareholders and other key stakeholders will be central to the role.

We are seeking an experienced executive with proven performance leading an industrial services business in a competitive, highly regulated and safety-critical environment. The Board is open to leaders from a range of industrial and infrastructure-based operations, such as waste management, quarrying, logistics, construction, freight, ports, and utilities.
