Kimbriki Resource Recovery Centre offers an exciting and educational learning opportunity for school students. Excursions address the NSW DET sustainability cross-curriculum priorities and KLA outcomes.

School visits are offered to Primary and Senior School levels (Kindergarten to Year 12) and are hosted in Kimbriki’s Eco House and Garden. We require a minimum of 15 students to host an excursion and can accommodate up to 60 students at any one time.

Kimbriki Eco House and Garden welcomes visits by local community groups, gardening clubs, social clubs and other groups.

Typically, the excursion incorporates a close look at the Eco House and Garden and covers many topics from What is Ecology? to An introduction to the basics of organic gardening/composting and worm farming!
