BIKES4LIFE – WHAT A WEEK!

Friday – our freight forwarders picked up our 20-foot container with 192 bikes to go to the Cambodian Childrens’ Fund in Phnom Phen.

Tuesday – the Te Kworo Foundation in Uganda, excitedly accepts our offer of a second container of 400 bikes to leave Kimbriki in April to supplement the container we sent last year that has been a ‘game changer’ for their girls school, which is near the Sudanese border.

Wednesday – 2 new volunteers join our existing team, and we break the record for refurbished bikes in one afternoon being 20.

Friday – one of our volunteers picks up our monthly order for 10 bikes to deliver to Settlement Services International to distribute to refugees who have recently settled in Sydney.

Hope its quieter next week!
