Refunds for Goods Purchased Not fit for Purpose

Products purchased from the KEE website are covered by Australian Consumer Law and consumers can return faulty goods and seek a refund, replacement, or repair.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please deliver in person back to Kimbriki Administration or ship back to Kimbriki as per details below.

Refunds for Change of Mind

KEE offer a 14-day refund for change of mind returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please deliver in person back to Kimbriki Administration or ship back to Kimbriki as per details below.

Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts when returned will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after you were first contacted for pickup of items wonโ€™t be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you havenโ€™t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is credited.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email atย kimbriki@kimbriki.comย :

Shipping

To return your product, please drop or mail items to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donโ€™t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund of Bookings for Kimbriki Workshops or Events

A full refund of bookings will be provided if:

  • Kimbriki for any reason cancel a workshop or event.
  • No-shows on the day of workshop will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will only be issued when a customer advise Kimbriki of their cancellation up to 5 working days prior to the workshop. This advice must be received in writing via email, kimbriki@kimbriki.com.
