Kimbriki Resource Recovery Centre invites the community to our Open Day 2023 at The HUB – Kimbriki. Highlighting the four resident not-for-profit organisations and their dedicated volunteers. Each group shares Kimbriki’s passion for reducing waste to landfill through recycling, repairs, donations and innovative workshops inspiring creative reuse of waste materials.

See the many resources redirected from landfill to be reused and recycled. The Eco House and Garden design is based on permaculture principles and the 4 R’s – Rethink, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.
Features of the garden include a strawbale composting toilet building, hempcrete demonstration building, propagation nurseries, compost and worm farming areas, eco shop, shaded seating areas and demonstrations on the day.
