As you descend into the Kimbriki precinct, you’ll notice the previous administration building on the left side. This building, now known as THE HUB, has become the home of several community groups carefully selected based on their initiatives and alignment to our shared circular economy vision.

As part of the larger movement to rethink, reduce, re-use and recycle society’s previously loved items, the three HUB residents exemplify these principles and work together to support each other and Kimbriki Resource Recovery Centre.

The HUB – Kimbriki highlights three resident not-for-profit organisations Bikes4Life, Peninsula Senior Citizens Toy Repair Group and Boomerang Bags Kimbriki and their dedicated volunteers. Each group shares Kimbriki’s passion for reducing waste to landfill through recycling, repairs, donations and innovative workshops inspiring creative reuse of waste materials.
